Very interested in this, I have a standard 7" headlight like this and would love to know if these LED headlights would fit the surround/bezel/whatever the shiny (rusty) outer bit is called. If it would fit then these are a straight swap, but I can't see how they would fit a normal headlight bowl otherwise.
They're all over ebay too, sold as fitting Jeeps and Harleys.. Anyone know if America uses the same fitting as everywhere else? ____________________ 1994 CB250, 1984 CBX250RS-E, 1989 K100RS, 1995 TRX850, 2016 Z250SL |

It seems Harley really do mount their lights completely differently. Anyone know if you can get a bowl for this light to fit? ____________________ 1994 CB250, 1984 CBX250RS-E, 1989 K100RS, 1995 TRX850, 2016 Z250SL |

Mines getting a xenon HID kit this winter. I don't really rate LED as a good way to do headlights tbh. Increase your visibility
to others, yes, but having seen OEM LED headlights in action on a motorcycle and on quite a few cars they don't seem
to have much range of their light pattern. Nothing works as well as xenons yet IMO. But you do need to keep lens clean.
Yes I know it's an MOT failure potentially, but the kit I'm after should be take outable when necessary to return it to stock. ____________________ Currently enjoying products from Ford, Mazda and Yamaha

My experience differs from that, my current bike (FJR) has LED and they are superb, better than halogen by far, and better than a lot of cars (mine admittedly has dual lights which make a difference) my previous car had adaptive Xenons, and while they were good aren't a patch on my current car's (only had it a month) LED ones, the only thing I miss is auto high beam, which on paper seems a complete waste of effort, in practice it works very well, just as you reach for the stalk the auto has beat you too it, superb option, and way better than the auto park I'll never use, LEDs have come a long way in a very short time. |
