That Angel does have a rough sort of beauty about it.

It's symbolic of how it goes. Prime cuts for London and scraps for everyone else. Even the plan to move Channel 4 has been altered to keep most (500) staff in London with 300 moving outside, and the London HQ retained. Just like with the BBC it's a token gesture. 2k in Salford, 20k in London.
