strange question mate? What context?- you mean when it's stationary and parked in the street?
If a car is going to make contact with a parked motorcycle- it will not lightly graze the body because of the horizontal protrusion of the handlebars- either the bar ends will get grazed or the contact will be a lot more damaging (collision) and a scratch is the least of your worries...
