For one of the fastest men on the planet he is very very down to earth.

I think a likeable chap (for a yank).

But he didn't really have to Big it Up much the vehicle speaks for itself.

I wonder if any will come up for sale like they do with auld tanks and jeeps?

I'll bid for one of them toys.

I canny fly it but it would great in our spare room.

I know, I'm going to PC hell for that. the #MeToo, the feminists, the Lesbians, dykes and Butches will be lining up to burn me at the stake.

It is still a BOY'S toy. Cool

Find a copy of a book called Sled Driver, it's a memoir of a pilot's time with the SR-71 it's really interesting with some very funny stories.

Yeah, good luck with that! Cheapest on Amazon at the moment is £370 for a used one. I heard good things about the book and would love to read it, but not that much!

WTF https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/267/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=Sled+Driver&_sop=15 Normally the £300 book people are chancers but there's an auction at £180 with over 4 days left Confused

Does it contain the meaning of life or something?

Edit: PDF copy... https://www.dropbox.com/s/yhosqpzghkwx5xe/Sled%20Driver%20%28Shul%29.pdf?dl=0

I have an album of a band now defunct that sells on Amazon from stupid money.

Is that the actual RPI or does Amazon (The Bastirts) robotic retailer use an algorithm based on rarity of stuff to set a price.

I assume as they're all third party sellers they're charging whatever they think they can get away with. Why you'd pay so much for a book is beyond me.

I don't know.
Maybe a book of spells might be worth the money.

If we find that there is no God then for sure it's the folk who make these sort events possible that are to blame. 😁
