So now I have the Honda 350 all done and dusted (for now) I thought I would take the time in completing a full strip and rebuild of my 91 ST1100 Pan European.

I plan to have this completed by the end of May including all hoses replaced, engine out and repainted and all frames powder coated.

I am video documenting this one and will write up a full report once done.

Just the 2 quick videos so far, a more in-depth part one will be edited at some point.

Getting there with the engine. The spare swing arm has now been repaired and will be for sale. New elbows brought, as you can see the old ones looked fine, however after cleaning you can clearly see they are cracked!

Looks great. What/where is the sheathing you've used, is it pricey?

Kayfast fasteners on eBay, about £2 or so for a couple of meters. I brought 4mm 8mm 12mm

Blasted most parts myself, but all the frame was done via a paint shop!
