I removed it, as the wiki page had a still from the movie which I didn't see at first.

Definitely not safe near work, children etc. It's more an art project (I blame drugs).
I'm no expert on films but others will name other similar shocking films out there. I laugh when younger generations claim to be original and claim to start shocking trends - nope!
