Exactly my point. The 'danger' of using an airbag without a seatbelt doesn't come from the airbag - it comes from the impact. Same as the 'danger' of using a seatbelt without the airbag.

Use airbag - risk of injury lowered
Use seatbelt - risk of injury lowered
Use both - risk of injury lowered more than either of the above.

Don't use both = higher risk of injury. No shit sherlock who would have guessed.
