95 ZX6R F1 Chain and sprocket recommendations.

Howdy.

while lubing up my chain and doing regular maintenance today i noticed a couple of stuck links in my chain, i looks like the winters salty roads and general road cr*p has taken its toll and its time for a new set of sprockets and a shiny new chain.

ive not done chain and sprockets on a "big bike" before as i only passed my DAS in november and bought the bike the day after.

my question is what kind of chain is best and what sprocket options do i have?

i want something that will last me a while with regular maintenance, also i feel since i rarely (read never) use the top speed of the bike is it worth dropping down a tooth on the front to gain a little acceleration?

and lastly where would be a good place to buy such things from?
