It doesn't exist.
Given that my local area can't decided if bikes are allowed in bus lanes or not, it's not surprising, if you had to collate and present that infor for the whole country, on the move. Filtering? Very road and condition specific.

Waze or Google Maps and some common sense.

In Waze settings you can set vehicle type to motorcycle. I’m not sure if it affects the routing, possibly, but it does recalculate the journey time which is usually fairly accurate, if you’re behaving.

Phone apps are a poor alternative to dedicated Satnavs.
When you have been using satnavs for a while using a fon app to do the same thing suks.

There is no system that navigates bus lanes. One must rely on the cryptic signage that the cooncil post.
And then remember what is what. We are lucky in Scotland as the cnuts who ruin or cities don't want motorbikes in bus lanes. Taxis and buses aye but motorbikes are dangerous.
