Hi all,

I’ve got a problem with the front brake on a 50cc Peugeot tweet

I’ve been coming to use it the next day and the front brake has locked up a bit overnight. Opening the bleed nipple seems to solve the problem but it keeps doing it. I’ve tried bleeding the brakes fully and changed the fluid but it doesn’t seem to be solving it

Could this be a stuck slider pin or am I just being optimistic?

It's more likely to be a siezed piston.

Piston and brake pad backing plates corroded into the slides. (Brake dust, rust and crap bakes in the slots.
Wire Brush and Detol time.

Strip and clean the caliper, including piston and seals out to scrape out corrosion from behind the seals.

Change the brake fluid too. It it's really manky you might need to strip and clean the master cylinder.
