I've just found out that my 2010 er6f exhaust has a problem with the down pipes. They have fractured so I need to replace them. I did want to get a new exhaust system eventually and I think my muffler is fine at the moment.

The issue i have is that i need the bike to be ready in 5 days (I need it for Friday) and i'm a little wary about replacing the whole thing as i've seen a lot of people talking about what a pain the exhaust studs can be.

Should I just replace the down pipes now and search for a full exhaust system later? or should I try to replace the whole thing in one go.

I have a limited budget for the exhaust so I'll looking at getting a delkevic set. If i get a set, will it come with an o2 sensor already?

also, what kind of impact will this have on fuel? if anyone could help or point me in the right direction that would be great! im pretty clueless at the moment.

If you've got urgent matters to attend to then no one would get upset with you slapping on some fire gum and bandaging it up.
