"London faces a fourth day of chaos as climate change eco-warriors blockade key points around the capital as part of a global protest.

Police have so far made 400 arrests but were last night filmed dancing with activists at Oxford Circus in central London.

In the video, two police officers are seen pumping their fists in the air amid shouts of "we love it, we love it" in the centre of a large crowd of dancing protesters.

When the music stops, the police officers are given a round of applause."

Militant Millenial Soap Dodgers protest - 400 arrested.

https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2019/apr/17/300-arrested-extinction-rebellion-london-cells

Brexit protest on 29th March, way more people involved - 5 arrested.

https://www.standard.co.uk/news/london/brexit-supporters-clash-with-police-at-march-with-five-arrested-on-day-brexit-supporters-clash-with-a4104911.html

But hey, don't let fact get in the way of good old left wing propaganda eh?

Don't worry, I'll put Small Man Syndrome back on ignore. I tried to give it a second chance, but it's clear it just wants attention and rarely offers anything insightful or on topic. Thumbs Up

Who said anything about the Brexit protest on 29th March? That was a damp squib if the media are to be believed.

Which media would that be? The ones like the Gaurdian who gleefully reported 2,000,000 anti Brexit protestors, which has been downgraded to no more than 400,000 by the authorities?

Jesus H Christ. Are you for real?

Damp squib? Why not watch this 90 second clip of airborne footage and have a guess at the numbers?

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-47678763

Even anti Brexit Al Beeb, who would take any opportunity to play it down, seem quite happy to accept the figure was well into the hundreds of thousands.

Quote:
Crowds were told the initial count showed more than a million people had turned up - putting it on a par with the biggest march of the century, the Stop the War march in 2003.
There was no independent verification of the numbers but BBC correspondent Richard Lister, who was at the scene, said it was a "very densely packed" protest and people were still arriving in Parliament Square five hours after the march began.

He said: "The organisers say it was one million-strong, it's very hard to verify those kinds of claims but this was a very significant march, well into the hundreds of thousands."

You really should vary your media sources from time to time, to see what's really going on outside of your little left wing propaganda bubble. Try reading stuff from all sources, then expect reality to be somewhere in between.

Have you not noticed I spread my links to backup my opinion, amongst news outlets from right across the political spectrum? Try it.

This is true, and what's more the people didn't want it. Henry Ford once said that if he'd designed what people truly wanted, it would have been a faster horse.

Jeez what an arse.

I'm not (usually) violent but with that child I'd stand him up, stand myself sideways to him, grip his hair with my left hand and punch his face hard with my right fist.

He sounds like a mix between a blind Christian and Tony Blair. Had to laugh when he attempted to make a point by walking out - he timed it completely wrong and left it too late lol.

Out of the two of them, the one I'd punch first is the presenter. Smug, bullying bastard. At least the kid is trying to make a point.

Probably an unpopular view on here, but hey ho.

No surprises there. Thumbs Up

It's twats like him who are the problem, yet they blame everyone but themselves. The generation too lazy to walk or cycle to school, who demand air conditioned classrooms, the latest electronic gadgets replaced every couple of years, foreign holidays and consumerism.

But oh no, it's the older generation destroying the planet for the younger generation. Hypocritical doesn't even come close to explaining the twisted logic of this fucked up generation of self important, privileged wankers.

I'm surprised that fucktard Lily Allen didn't turn up, this sort of event is her kind of thing.

When people chain themselves to railings/superglue their hands together in pipes, it should be SOP that they are left exactly where they are until a) They have shat themselves and have been sitting/standing in it for at least 8 hours or b) They are clinically dehydrated.
