Finally got my CB125T on the road today.
I had the cam reprofiled to what I thought were the "desirable" hot cam timings, and it wants to rev but no more than about 10k. I have open carbs, I couldn't find any inlet connection hoses or air filters.
So to compensate I am thinking I should increase the main jet size. The other factor is the 142 cc conversion. The exhaust have been cut open and the inner down pipe removed.
From various websites I have found that the standard main jet size is 88. I would go up to 100 with my mods.
Has anyone tried this, or have any recommendations?
I think I'm going to be busy trying to sort the front brake too....

No-one is going to have exactly the same setup as you. It should be setup on a dyno, seeing as it's so different from stock. I would recommend getting the original airbox back on if you want to ever tick over and work at anything less than wide open throttle.

As said, play around. You'll need to get it in the ball park by asound, response, and then do a plug chop or 3 to confirm/tweak. If you're not dyno'ing it, favour a rich setup so you don't bang the motor.

Had to go from 90-something to 105 on my 125 single (Different make/model) when I binned the fucked airbox and chucked a pod onto it, it already had a different exhaust because you can't buy stock exhausts anywhere. Over that it pops and bangs, indicating it's rich enough to put unburnt fuel into the exhaust.

I'm torn between -

A) wondering why anyone would go to all that trouble for so little return

B) congratulating you for doing what Teflon has been saying he going to do for years yet somehow never seems to do
