No real reason, other than that it was a line I wrote in a novel I never got round to publishing.

Its similar in attitude to She's a Maneater, as in the famous song
Only with more lawless overtones.

I'm not at all like that really, I'm just a fluffy tubby little old lady.
But I have been known to have my moments.

The avatar's not mine, it was one that belonged to an American girl I never got round to meeting yet. But it really does express me as a person: curvaceous bird, on bike, big tits, long mental hair, barefoot, huge grin.
Although my hairs a bit shorter now.

I used to have another avatar, I think, did I use it here? (been so long) it was a Coop devil girl. That's me too. Oh, and I had one for a while of Miraculous Mutha from Easy Riders (I think) ... haha, thats also quite a bit of me.

Mine is an abbreviation of my name. I didn't really understand forums or nicknames when I signed up as a 17 year old, but I've stuck with it since.

When I went on my first BCF Rideout back in about 2008 (incidentally turned out to be more or less the last big SE Winnahs ride out) I introduced myself as "c underscore dug" to blank looks before realise nobody actually pronounced the "_"

My avatar is from a Photoshop thread a few years back, made by Chri5 or whatever his name was (of the mad turbo Bandit). I'll see if I can find and link the thread, good for a laugh.

BCF was the first place I used HedgeHugger. Now I'm Hedgehugger everywhere.
Name comes from when I first got a bike, I spent a lot of time riding around country lanes, hugging hedges with other traffic coming the other way. Tractors are big, man!

On another forum my handle is Hedgetrimmer. It's a proper given nickname that I succumbed to because they wouldn't let it lie!

I gave my current bike to a mate for him to do all the mods for me. When he delivered it back to me, I failed to notice that he had replaced the no. plate with one that said Hedgetrimmer at the bottom, and he never gave me back the original plate. Then he posted a pic of it on the forum, and I got endless stick, so I changed my forum name, which eventually seemed to quieten them down a bit. It's very apt. Alas.

chickenstrip was chosen on a whim, nothing really to do with me being a great or shit rider (I'm just average, when I manage to stay away from hedges), and I saw the pic I use as my avatar - amused me. It has bike connections, so it would do.

I rib my brother in law for it too, he's well into his Koi and has tattoos and shit. I just don't get it... I'm like, dude, they're fish, what's the fascination! But yeah each to their own.
