Does anyone know of any Hells Angels in England please

My neighbour has claimed to be a Hells Angel and also wears support 81 t-shirts. He has Sorn his bike with the DVLA and we have never seen him wear his “cut”. He is giving the Hells Angels a bad name with his actions...for instance stealing number plates, complaining about children playing outside, being nasty to my wife and other women, stealing my sons football, putting nails in tyres, putting dead birds and a dead rat in our garden. My wife has a friend in America who has dealings with a president of a chapter there and he said Hells Angels don’t act like this around families and constantly try to cause problems. From day one living where we do, he has caused all sorts of problems. His Harley has only done just over 5000 miles in 4 years. We have not seen one Hells Angel around here and how can one man bully lots of residents and get away with calling himself a Hells Angel. Does anyone know how I can get hold of the Hells Angels to come and have a word with this unemployed wanna be Hells Angel?
