Have you ever been showing off then it went a bit pear-shaped?

Recently I was in the local park talking to a few mates, then when I went to leave I pulled a wheelie in the vien hope to impress a few ladies standing there. Unfortunately I wobbled like mad and very nearly flipped it.

Another time in the same park (it must be jinxed) I was donuting on my MT50 on the grass in front of a few mates and dropped it.

I was going round the outside of a guy on a Ninja with my supermoto (showing off) exiting a two lane roundabout when I stuck both wheels squarely in a diesel spill. The whole bike slid about a fott sideways before it gripped, bounced off the suspension and wobbled off.

I was forced to pretend I did it on purpose. Rolling Eyes

Not showing off, but there's always sauntering up to the front of a big line of traffic, revving the bike waiting for the lights to change, and stalling... damn Wink

Showing off your KD skills to your mate and having the rear end of the bike slide out on a white line - I'm proud of that one Very Happy Laughing .

Similar to what Rory said.

Filtering through a long line of traffic to a set of lights about a mile away from my journey's start...

Car at the front of the queue edges forwards to try and stop me from getting right to the front, squeezed in giving driver evil look, Rev my bike as the red/amber lights and ease the clutch out where my bike then found no more petrol as I'd forgotten to turn on the petrol Doh!

Paddled the bike to the side and watched a whole line of traffic pass me before it sucked the petrol through. Brick Wall

Pulled a wheelie outside polytechnic many years ago with my mate on the back. Looked great, but missed second gear. The bike redlined I kicked it into 2nd and nearly looped it. My mates legs came up under my arms and almost kicked me in the face whilst veering towards the pavement.

Not cool. Sad

Doing this :

Through some traffic and the back wheel getting grip with me in the same sort of position and almost wheeling into the back of a car...
