The daft thing is, the previous owner had fitted some to my bike; I noticed it, peeled it off and chucked it away, cos I thought it was just the manufacturer's protective film. On the first sunny day I realised it wasn't Evil or Very Mad

Can anybody point me at some decent stuff I can use, as I can now barely see anything on the instrument panel on a really bright day. Same applies to the satnav to be honest, though with that being a touch-sensitive screen that might be a problem...

Before anyone sends me to https://lmgtfy.com/?q=t, I know there will be plenty on ebay etc but I'd like something tried-and-tested that's going to work. Any suggestions please?

You can buy a self adhesive cowl/surround thingy for my instrument panel. I was considering one as they seem a pretty good idea.

Is there one for your bike?

Haven't seen one for my bike, but might not be a bad idea - though probably in conjunction with an anti-glare screen cover rather than a replacement. I already have something similar fitted to my satnav in fact; it definitely helps but is still not great

I found on my Street Triple that the glare was coming from a reflection from the left hand bar mounting on the top yoke. I stuck a piece of black electrical tape over it, and the problem was solved.

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.
