If this is the disc lock you're looking at then it's got a 14mm bolt.

Do some measuring of the gaps in your front disc. Thumbs Up

Hmmmmmm

The Chiswick Honda website says they've got a couple of second hand PCX125 scooters in stock so if you're able to get there then that's one way you could measure the gaps in the front disc.

I'm not confident that the front disc is the same on the 2018 and 2019 models of the PCX125 as it was on the earlier models.

If you're buying from a dealer then you could phone them and them to measure the gaps in the disc for you. And it's the gaps rather than the holes that 14mm pin might fit through.

Hmmmmmm. Sad
