Well it has power to pull off but I think from pulling off throttle to around 90-100% throttle the power it should have isn't there sounds like it's getting to much fuel or not enough and kind of makes a spitting noise personally I think it's too much fuel but my needle is dropped all the way I'm running a 92 main with a 48 pilot/idle and needle dropped all the way with 2 turns out on the air screw (malossi 21mm carb phbg)

When I hit 90-100% throttle it kicks in sounds fine and launches off from about 20mph all the way up to 65 (70cc malossi mhr replica kit)

Not sure if it's my jetting or could this be clutch springs need changing idk? Pretty lost thanks

Anything you've done to the bike lately? Has it been sat for a while?

Clutch could be a possibility as this won't kick in till a certain amount of revs. Worn out clutch = more revs required for it to engage.
