Soubry takes over as Change UK leader as party splits

https://home.bt.com/news/uk-news/soubry-takes-over-as-change-uk-leader-as-party-splits-11364367559024

What are the others going to do? Go back to their former partys or join the LibDems. Rolling Eyes

The Vals of this world convinced the turncoats that a new party was what people wanted,in reality, they're a very loud minority that get alot of time in the media, when it became plainly obvious in the polls they were useless, the Likes of Chuka that did it for own personal game jumped ship.

It's a shame that the Green party didn't get the votes that went to this bunch of change UK tossers! I'd support the Green's a million light years before these delusional idiots who made the daft mistake of thinking that the public cared about anything they had to say.

Not sure if that was serious or tongue in cheek.
“Delusional idiots who think the public cared about anything they had to say” is by definition the Green Party.

The only seats they ever get are the gay capital of the U.K.

You really are an offensive, odious piece of work and I hope it catches up with you one day.

The Green party have some decent environmental thoughts, but much of their lesser-known policies are stark raving, erm, unsupportable.

Yeah, it's turning the thread rating red.

Is Soubry the one who had a hissy fit because someone in a crowd called her a nazi?

Yesterday was the first day I watched any news for a whole year. I didnt even know about the creation of ChangeUK. What a laugh I had and no suprise seeing Chukka exposing himself as perhaps the least loyal Labourite in history.

I've killfiled him. I bet he still spews forth stuff though; it's just that I don't have to see it, respond to it, or acquire and spread the contagion. Hm?

Blink & you missed it; however, the reputation of these people, such as it was, has vanished. Will their former parties have them back? I very much doubt it! It won't, I think, prevent their acceptance (in some cases; allen, wollaston, berger?) by the "sod the voters and democracy we'll do anything we can to get power party". The rest will disappear from national politics at the next electoin.
