MOT question (no lights)

Bike failed MOT for something mid May, and also had the following advisory

* (Day time mot only. Motorcycle only to be used during day time hours & not times of reduced visibility)

later in the month, different placed, it passed with the following advisory

* Central (no lights fitted at time of test)


Just wondered why the differently worded advisories on the two documents?
