Did you have a quick scan of the report into fraud, which I posted earlier? (09.47) |
Honestly - no, I was just responding to your original post. The other stuff I had no input to - so wasn't referring to.
Just specifically wondering how you got from the 750 thing to postal votes needing reforming when the numbers were proven correct. 👍 |
To be honest too, I didn’t really look into the 750 figure properly, nor did I even bother to mention the tool on Facebook, claiming to be involved in the count and being 1 of 3 who burnt TVP votes. It was just one of a few pointed out dodgy goings on in Peterborough.
The convicted Muslim vote rigger being involved in the Labour Muslim campaign and the 70% postal vote turn out, stood out for me. If this guy has been convicted for vote fraud, why on Earth was he allowed anywhere near the Labour campaign and vote count? You’d think that face a lifetime ban. ____________________ TZR250 2MA road, TZR250 1KT road, TZR250 2MA race, TDR250, YZF-750R Boost colours.

Quote: | In a report commissioned by the Government, Sir Eric Pickles, the former Conservative Cabinet minister, today warns that the authorities are in a “state of denial” and are “turning a blind eye” to election fraud.
He said that there is evidence of voter fraud “especially in communities of Pakistani and Bangladeshi background” but that the cases have been ignored because of “over-sensitivities about ethnicity and religion”.
Sir Eric warns that “challenging issues” over community cohesion should never be an “excuse” for failing to “uphold the rule of law and protect British liberties”. |
The article also highlights how, even when caught cheating, the Met didn't take any further action.
Quote: | The former local government secretary began his investigation in the wake of the scandal in Tower Hamlets, London, where the mayor Lutfur Rahman was removed and his election declared void after he was found by a court to have committed corrupt electoral practices including vote-rigging.
Sir Eric said that Rahman had used religion to push Muslims into backing him. Sir Eric said that never again in Britain should people be told that they will “burn in hell” if they do not back a particular candidate.
Sir Eric also sharply criticises the Metropolitan Police for failing to follow up the election court’s ruling with any criminal charges.
He says that the force’s inaction “sends a worrying signal that the police are soft on tackling and prosecuting electoral fraud, when faced with competing operational demands”.
Writing in The Telegraph, Sir Eric says that following his investigation, he now believes “electoral malpractice is far more common than just one isolated London borough thanks to the state’s collective state of denial”.
He adds: “We should never be frightened to look under the rock when what is crawling underneath threatens us all. It is time to take action to take on the electoral crooks and defend Britain’s free and fair elections.” |

I see 5 days in and even Al Beeb can no longer pretend this didn't happen. They took their time to report on it.
Al Beeb wrote: | Postal votes accounted for 9,898 of the 33,998 ballot papers received.
Four hundred of the postal votes returned were rejected due to either the signature or date of birth - or both - not matching council records. |
So that's around 1 in 3 of all votes made by post and 1 in 20 of postal votes which were found to be fraudulent. I wonder how many of the 10,000 slipped trough unnoticed, to create a win by 600 votes for Labour? Are we really supposed to believe they went through all 10,000 postal votes and compared them to a previous signature or date of birth in "council records"? At 1 a minute, that's 166 man hours.
