Was out riding the bike today and noticed that I can feel a click at a rate of 1 per second in my behind when I'm riding at about 30mph which slows down as I decelerate and speeds up as I accelerate, I'm certain it's coming from the rear wheel but I can't be sure as to what it might be?

any ideas?

First off, take off the chain and try spinning the wheel.

Keeway RKS 125, trying to smooth out any issues with it before I sell it to upgrade to a 650, want to make sure the next owner ends up with a faultless bike

Centre/paddock stand, try turning the wheel in neutral by hand, engine off then engine on, 1st gear - much easier to find where the sound is coming from.

It's a 125 so probably has a playing card in the rear spokes for added exhaust growl.

So I've had a look at the sprocket and chain seeing as this is probably where the issue is coming from and it kinda looks like the chain isn't able to sit properly on the top of the sprocket, I'm thinking the sprockets probably goners but I have no clue, what do you think?

I'm also 100% positive this is where the issue is coming from as I can hear the clicking as well as feel it as the tire is spinning in my hand.

Chain tension is within the correct limit of 10~20mm and verified with tape measure.

It may be easier to see from a little further away rather than so close up.

However, I'd say that the sprockets are rather worn, rather than being hooked, and that the chain is badly "stretched". If you're going to renew either the chain or the (pair of) sprockets, replace the lot.

I'd be inclined to do it soon, too, or either the chain will come off/snap as you're going along, or you will develop vibration white finger, or both.

Got a new chain and sprockets ordered, thanks for everyone's help!

Now to try keep riding to a minimum for a few days as hard as that's gonna be Pale
