Will that be "impartial" left wing BBC luvie, Jeremy Vine? When was this article about an event years ago, released then, was Vine hanging on to revealing it until Boris announced he was running for PM?

Hatchet job, pure and simple.

Are you seriously telling me that you'd prefer to live in a country where people aren't allowed to talk about politicians any more? Remember all the abuse Corbyn received when he was relevant? I don't recall you arguing that people should keep their opinions to themselves back then...

Hypocritical....

BTW, with regards to the leftie neighbours recording Johnson and his girlfriend without their permission, then passing it on to The Guardian to do a hatchet job... Is that legal then? Much like the voicemail hacking scandal, I thought the press had standards to keep on things like this.

I don't know, but I am sure that Johnson's legal team will be looking into it as we speak.

It would be an interesting case though....

I'd rather politics wasn't won or lost by the dirt the media can dig up and vote rigging, and was instead based upon them being the best candidate, so getting the most genuine votes.

We agree on something...

I would think if the level of noise you make as you have a row with your partner is so looud the neighbours can record it then by default youve put the row into the public realm.

However stupid or offensive Boris is, he's still the only option for party members who want Brexit.

It's a pity. I'm reminded a little of the yank's predsidential election where they had to choose between 'im and 'er. Some choice.... I can only hope our politicians improve.

So, someone who couldn't be counted on to deliver a pizza can deal with Brexit?

Biased opinion as a militant leftie?

It's not because he knows that the Tories don't have a good track record for delivering Brexit? Laughing

Whilst as this is going on, Farage will be working on TBP election manifesto for the incoming early general election because Boris is only going to be PM until then.

Yes I know all of that.

Boris is pro Brexit but his opinion might change when he's in a position to do something.

Whoever wins is just keeping the seat warm until there's another early general election. Laughing

Very true. It is easy being 'the opposition', although Corbyn has made a poor fist of it so far... A tad more difficult to actually implement something, particularly something as complex as Brexit.

Nah, It's a piece of piss. "We're off, bye."
Tbh, how many Brexits have we implemented to know how hard it might be? Laughing

I prefer

“And so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you—ask what you can do for your country.”

Pity some of our gimmedats don't have a bit of social pride in their country.

They're too busy working on their "one world" utopia. Did someone mention unicorns? Laughing
