Serves him right for pretending to be a police officer with that polite vest.

Serious question: Is moped crime still just as bad in London?
I thought it would have eased now that they know police will ram them.

Doesn't feel as bad, as in I've not seen any groups pushing stolen bikes in a while, which was becoming very unsettlingly common. I did have an attempted theft not all that long back though, so definitely still happening.

That doesn't stop me peering out the window if I so much as hear somebody fart outside after dark, mind. The paranoia is now permanent.
