So, after a the 27th phone call from China telling me that it’s the last chance to collect my dhl parcel I am getting fed up. Is there a device that will emit an ear splitting migraine inducing tone that I can send down the phone to these scammers?
The nastier the better.

Unfortunately it will make no difference, since their headset/reciever speaker won't do 120dB(a).

Some of the suggestions above are quite interesting, but they need to have a reasonable command of English to enjoy the effects properly.

You could complain to them about your parcel not being delivered, and say you've been waiting for it, and give them various false details, and see what happens, as well as pretending to have a wank or something..... it depends on how much time you've got.

Do they call your landline, if you have one, or mobile?

A good one is asking them to wait while you answer the door and just place your phone down and leave them hanging on. Waste their time not yours.
