Not really much to show or tell, but let's face it, we're hardly drowning in threads these days!

I'm riding to Scotland tomorrow and the original screen is quite blustery over about 40. At motorway "making progress" speeds it gets tiresome quickly.

Decided to knock this up this afternoon:

It's 8mm Polycarb so should cope fine with any stones or the like that hit it. Tested up to a decent speed on the motorway and it's surprisingly excellent for a couple of hours bodge up.

The only real issue is I'm very much looking through it rather than over it, so rain might be a problem. I may cut it down a few inches if that's the case.

It was absolutely an artistic decision to do that in order to match the headlights, yup, that's the truth.

So no extra holes were drilled into the original screen?

No extra holes, bolts to the original frame.

I've done maybe 600 miles with it so far, very successful screen extension!

I cut it down about 2 inches after the first picture, here it is at the top of the highest road in the UK:
