I have a Kymco Miler 125 2009, its clocked in 73,000 miles and runs fine at higher speeds, but at low speeds or stopping it can cut out, unless I rev it up again, sometimes the bike will go down on the RPM screen thing, lol sorry don't know much about bikes over the basic care e.g. oil changing. but yeah the RPM meter on the dash screen of the bike goes down to like 1 then will slowly go back to 2 and not cut out and other times it will go straight to 0 and just cut out. but so far this is only at low speeds below 5-10mph or at a complete stop, it might even be when I just stop pulling the revs. anyway I've just bought this bike off someone else, and need it to go inbetween jobs, it will be difficult if it keeps running out, other things to know is that it has two bolts missing from the exhaust/ exhaust guard, but I don't think that changes much and I have order the bolts/screws online since my local garage doesn't have Kymco parts. anyway any help will be appreciated it! Crying or Very sad

You'll find you get a better reaction using grammar, spelling and correct capitalisation.

The inmates here have a thing about such things....

Sounds like an issue with the idle on the carb (assuming it's not EFI.) Take off carb, get it properly cleaned and if you're still having problems after that fiddle with the idle fuel mix screw.

Stop signs are for girls, hardcore scooterists don't need to use them.

Seems to be a common misconception. What you have is a scooter.

A moped would be 50cc.

+1 for idle adjustment / dirty carb. Or possibly an air leak somewhere?

A moped would have pedals. That's why they call it mo-ped. Wink

Not in the uk, and not since i started in the 80s.

In the UK a moped is a 50cc or less motorbike.

A moped is a bike with an engine size of up to 50cc and with a maximum speed of up to 28mph. Wink

The exact definition of what the OP has is besides the point though. Laughing

I'd start with the cheapest easiest bits first, so firstly change the plug lead or at the very least the cap, at that mileage it'll be well and truly baked.
