A horse is stupidly expensive to keep. If his mum can pay for her daughter to have one, she can pay son's porn bill. Stop being a sucker and go play with your furry friends.

I had to go look it up.

Buy the kid a flesh light and a weekly hooker, it'll be much cheaper. One from Yorkshire.

The pony does not cost a lot to keep. The daughters friend keeps horses, teaches horse riding so the Pony is kept there.

As for the wanking thing, he's young. /discussion

Just wait till vets bills come in.

Stinkwheel will put his hand up the horses arse and pull out your savings. It's legal mugging. Wink

Stop fannying around.

Raise a complaint that you had a £10 credit limit.

You seem to have avoided the answer to were they aware the phone was for a minor?

I mentioned it to the salesman. I don't have any written proof of this sadly. I mentioned to him the £10 buffer, I thought he had done that.

One thing that might count in your favour (and this only happened today) I rang Vodafone to get the bi-annual upgrade...

Amongst all the usual waffle the sales droid piped up "...and we recommend at least a £10 overspend alert limit..." so I said yes please! And I was thinking of you Thumbs Up

Anyhoo, it seems to be a default thing now as in "of course I asked for the £10 limit, you give that to everyone!"

It was nice of you to buy him a phone. If you pay for this wanking bill then you're not doing him any favours. What's he going to learn from running up a huge bill and someone else paying it off? The fact that it clearly states the charges when you dial in (that's what you said earlier) suggests that he knew about the charges but didn't worry because Uncle will pay.

Pretty much, I'm more disappointed than anything, he's quite a bright kid, I'd hate to think he did that maliciously, I prefer to think when I told him it was unlimited calls that he thought it included the numbers he was dialling. When the cost came up he assumed it did not apply as all inclusive calls. That's what I'd like to believe.

Go into graphic detail about how "...in my day we had to rummage under bushes for discarded jazz mags and the pages weren't stuck together due to no rain neither..."

No I just used to wank over the Gratton catalogue and sniff a pair of used pants belonging to a friends mum that I had 'borrowed' when I went round there and delved in the laundry bin when in their bathroom using the loo.

I bet him and his friends are laughing at what a plonker/mug/soft touch you are....

I hope you now have the phone back, are talking to his mother on just how he is going to pay this sum back to you.
