I had to get a PoPo report for a visa application.
(Nothing to see there folks)

I had to get the Tartan Headed Note Paper version from Mc'PoPo of Scotland.

It's validity was queried by the agency who are processing the visa for me. (Racist)

I know at the time I applied I found the ACRO site but was redirected to PoPo Scootchland as they hold the records. (Scots and English Law thing)

Anyway. I checked out some stuff on the ACRO site and found this

Executive Summary

10 pages devoted to sex. Shocked

Among the looooong list offences covered was a few relating to Buggery.

Seizing a channel tunnel train? WTF?

Arsing about though: The laws are different to English law as far as I know. I think.
(Not qualified. Just guessing.)

English Law use Case Law where cases are argued on merit.

Scotland don't give a fcuk about your merits so use Statute law.
No ArgyBargy.

But they also have three verdicts Guilty Not Guilty and Not Proven.

Not proven is the verdict they come to when they know you did it but just don't have enough evidence to hang you. Smile
