It’s not unusual for that type of exhaust to leak.
I seem to remember using an extra copper gasket to take up the slight bit of play around where the exhaust met the pipes.

Bit of a bodge maybe, but it was on an old tatty GT 250 twin.
It worked for me.
Both my TS 250, and my Pursang leaked there but it didn’t seem to effect thier performance.

I never had much luck with sealants or magic pastes.

Anyho! Put this in Workshop and you might get a few more replies Thumbs Up

Lots of black silicone and let it cure for 24 hours before riding.

Asbestos ribbon if you can get it, good ol steam days. Alternatively I have used with great success some thin wood burning stove rope, the thin stuff which when squidged with fire cement . It takes up any free play of exhaust gasket / gap problem.
It replaces the asbestos ribbon/rope once used.

This. They are expansion joints and so when cold, have not expanded sufficiently to seal. So they dribble unburned oil/fuel/water and carbon particles (it's mostly water).

Plumbers silicone will cope with ludicrously high temperatures. So if it bothers you, that's a way to achieve a seal.

Or just wipe it up when cold.
