I've got the ST7, very similar, same frame etc, just dressed a little differently. Personally I've not had any problems with mine, however, I haven't covered a huge mileage on it, as, this is really my toy.
When it comes to replacing the belt that will be expensive, although there are belt to chain conversion kits available.
They can suffer with electrical issues, especially around regulator/stator/rectifier, again, I haven't experienced any issues.

Spares can be expensive, and, take a long time to arrive, have to come from Korea as often as not. There are some aftermarket parts available, I used Spaan for the sissy bar & saddlebag supports.
Potential electrical issues aside, the general consensus is that they are good reliable bikes, which I agree with, so far at least. ____________________ Beware what photos you upload, or link to on here, especially if you have family members on them |

Thanks mate , Am not a bike DD my self , i estimate a 5000 km per year .
So are you happy with the bike ? is it a better choice than a 2nd hand suzuki or honda ?
i like the bike style , the power is more than enough for me and its almost new .
How about those spare parts prices ?
are they normal or over priced ? ____________________ EJ6 FOREVER AND FOREVER A HUNDRED YEARS EJ6. |

Hi
Yes I'm happy with the bike, as I said, mine has been completely reliable. it's not a case of over priced spares, but, you will have to take int account postage from South Korea. Filters etc, you can easily get pattern parts for, it's just when you need specific parts, such as cluthch or throttle cable, that sort of thing. ____________________ Beware what photos you upload, or link to on here, especially if you have family members on them |
