Where do you think he comes from? He may well live in the UK, that doesn't make him suddenly British and not Polish. Where do you reckon he got his HGV driving licence?

From experience of working around Dover, the Eastern European drivers are sh1t and a poor standard compared to British HGV drivers.

So just because he has a polish? name it's his fault....

You seen to know this guy, so you tell us all his life story..

ASSUME is something you like to do... ASS being the important part.. Laughing

I can't say I know anything about tachos, certainly not that you could get such detail.

That sounds more like "I'm making the turn, fuck everyone else." Sad

What MPD72 should have been quoted was...

Quote:
Forensic collision investigator Pc Kevin Sweeney told the inquest he believed the lorry entered the junction approximately 4.3 seconds after the right turn filter light was extinguished. He said readings of the tacograph of the lorry showed it was travelling at around 18mph, slowing to around 8mph after suddenly braking a second before impact.

Not it actually did.

A 39-year-old-man from St Albans, Hertfordshire, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless or inconsiderate driving as part of the investigation.
The motorcyclist was also a serving Special officer. So given how many people like to think they look after their own, this would seem to prove there was not enough evidence, or something came out in the investigation.

You keep quoting this 4.3 sec and 18mph as facts.
It's not. Its a estimate based on trying to match up the timing of the traffic lights with the records of the tachograph.
A tachograph btw is not perfect. It records speed but not always accurately. It's why they have to be recalibrated every few years.

Also there is no doubt a ton more important facts to this then what was reported in the local rag. I suspect this is why the hgv driver was found not guilty.

You know like a 10% of the full story and are just filling in the rest to suit your point. Which seems to be a hatred towards ee drivers.

The majority of accidents in the news on the M20 over the last year have involved Eastern European HGV drivers. Their reputation as sh1t drivers is there for a reason.

I see this lack of understanding of the rules of the road on a daily basis around Dover, how about you?

Well up here the majority of accidents are by Brits Rolling Eyes

Who seem to have a massive lack of understanding of the rules of the road.
So it makes no difference of where, or who. The outcome is still the same.

But you still fail to be able to back up your miss quotes or that the driver was not UK based.

Then again that is what you seem to do on a regular basis.

If you really think this is some sort of police cover up, why has the lorry driver who crossed the junction without right of way, killing the motorcyclist, not had any further action taken?

Do you actually read anything anyone posts... Laughing Where have I made any mention of a cover up.... That is YOU who has that theory Embarassed

The dead motorcyclists was a Special....

Just for you that means a member of the POLICE. Embarassed

So why would they cover anything the lorry driver did. When it was one of their own that died... Shocked Confused
