Thanks for taking the time to look at this post...
I have a 2019 Lexmoto Isca...

Firstly, the battery is completely flat but I managed to plug in a Fault Code Reader using some leads.

The bike will not start, hooked it up to jump leads, tried to give it a good push start but nothing.

I am getting the following fault codes:
P0134: Code P0134 is triggered when the powertrain control module or PCM determines that the oxygen sensor voltage is hovering around 450 millivolts. ... If there is too little oxygen in the exhaust, it means the engine is running too rich and using excessive fuel.

P2300: The P2300 code is a generic OBD-II trouble code that signals a problem with the primary or secondary control circuit in ignition coil A, and potentially other ignition coils. The ignition coils are connected to the engine, and utilize a small spark plug wire to ignite the engine.

P0261: Code P0261 is triggered when the voltage in the #1 Cylinder Injector Circuit is too low. The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) uses special transistors—called "drivers"—to turn the Fuel Injectors on and off in the Fuel Injection System.

P0031: A P0031 DTC (diagnostic trouble code) refers to the O2 sensor (oxygen sensor) located on Bank 1 in front of the catalytic converter. ... It detects the amount of oxygen in the exhaust gas compared to the outside air and then vehicle's computer adjusts the air/fuel ratio going into the engine.

P0685: OBD II fault code P0685 is a generic code that is defined as “ECM/PCM power relay -circuit open”, and is set when the PCM (Powertrain Control Module) detects that its own power supply has failed, or if it detects a low voltage in the circuit that supplies it with power.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what could be the root cause or any indication on how to fix?

I have checked the spark plug and it is in working order.

Aaron

Charge the battery. And don't let it go flat again.

The battery has been bypassed, may be the kill switch?

Maybe the bike is stolen? And that's why the OP can't take it back to the dealer under warranty?

Brilliant. Perhaps not keeping up with services voided the warranty
Thanks for the input though. I know exactly what’s wrong with my bike you solved it!

Are you implying that you bought a brand new bike but then didn't have enough extra pennies for even the initial service? That sucks Crying or Very sad
