Hi all, I have just fitted a new cylinder to this bike and cant find any info on what the torque should be for the 4 head bolts. I cant find the service manual just the maintenance manual.

I found this int he 1997 Aerox manual so I just need to find out if its the same engine.

Would anyone know what it is or maybe what engine this bike has?
Thank very much.

Usually 12NM on Malossi heads. However.. it's more reliable to use a plain ring spanner than stretch stud bolts with a torque wrench.

Cheers man its all done now, im actually using a 1 meter vacuum cleaner tube and a luggage scale LOL it worked great on my last bike and after testing later with a proper torque wrench it was spot on.
