I have a problem with the headlights on the cg. In the morning when it is dark, the headlight and rear light will only light up very dimly, alost like a candle light with no instrument cluster light, no matter how much I rev the bike, yet in the evening it all seems to work fine. It is a 1999 bike with just a kickstart and I am pretty sure the lights run from the engine and not the battery...help!!!

I did look for the main earth to the frame, but could only find one going to the bolt holding the block at the end of the ht lead to the frame, so don't know if that classes as the frame earth
