I just received a Private Message notification in my email inbox, I was a tad confused about the question so checked out the thread, odd methinks I posted thread reply on 1st September but blowed if I can remember posting the reply.
Then noticed the year. Msg and thread reply were back at the beginning of September 2018. Now I think deeper about it I do remember reading the PM last year..
Any particular reason BCF decides to notify me of a PM more than a year after it was sent???

DO PM notifications tell you what's in the PM now?
They never used to.

So, if they don't; possibly someone sent you a PM by accident, then deleted it - but by that point the email has been sent.

No details about the msg in the notification. That is a possibility, especially now that it's online for everyone to see - 3 new notifications since yesterday's and still no new msg...

Edit: All of which were around the time of your msg, come out Ste, wherever you are.. Laughing

One was me - I sent a message saying "Deleted message" and deleted it straight away.

The other two was someone else trolling I presume Smile.
