: any idea if honda shadow 125 carbs with fit on my varadero 125 ... long story short.. my boyfriend cracked my carb 😑😡

Should really be a "Workshop" thread. The engines do look very similar!

I would imagine the carbs themselves would be interchangeable but you'd most likely need to swap over the "fiddly bits" (pipework, throttle, etc.) from the Shadow's carbs.

How do carbs get cracked?! Snuggled in as they are between the cylinders.

Thank you i realised the workshop group after posting and they get cracked when my other half tried to take the float bowl off with a hammer and chisel... 😢 was having problems and the float bowls havent been off in 10+ years so as i went to get the impact drive he started with the chisel ...
