Hi Guys,

I recently got issue with passengers step falling down constantly. It seems to be loose and don't block.
I can't find exact reason.

It looks to me as though the hole that receives "pin C" (18) is considerably worn, and that could be the problem. If so, you need a (14), or it might be a lot cheaper to have it repaired, e.g. by filling it up with weld and re-drilling, or even running a larger drill through and replacing the pin (18), washer (16) with larger-diameter ones and and pin (17) appropriately.

You mean the foot peg will not stop up.
With a bike that age have you thought of a spring washer or two or anti vibration spring washers?
