The polls (which aren’t infallible admittedly) predicts a less than ideal result for Corbyn. Will he quit if so?

I don't believe he will. I think he believes that he is right and one day the country will see it.

Will he get kicked out? I'm not sure of that either. My Labour voting friends (yes, I do have some) reckon he has taken over the executive to the extent he is safe from back stabbers. I don't know or care as long as he never sets foot in downing street. Thumbs Up

I think Polarbear sums it up pretty well.
Corbyn was elected by the party membership if I recall and has filled the higher ranks with like minded radicals.
He doesn't seem like the type to walk away and admit defeat. He is getting on a bit, I can only see him going under the guise of ill health.

Corbyn & his supporters have screwed the labour party, so much to the point you could be forgiven for thinking he's a Tory plant !!

Should have stepped down long before this election

Vote tory. Vote murder. Vote persecution of the vulnerable. Vote over 4 million children in poverty. Vote food-banks. Vote lies. Vote the end of the NHS as we know it. Vote corruption. Vote inhumanity.

Labour are more like the Nazis. National socialists who want to genocide all of the Jews and pretend to care about the poor from their grand palaces.

I love the way the far left portray anyone who thinks conservatively as some kind of fascist. granted, the conservative party is far from perfect and Boris is a bit nuts, but comparing him to Nazis is kinda 'I have lost the plot territory'

I don't see normal conservatives (except the right wing media who overact to get a good story) looking at corbyn and saying 'oh my god!! he is Stalin in disguise!! he will bring back the gulag and we are going to be mining coal from Siberian wasteland, millions will die we are doomed'

People vote Tory because they need some convenient authority in governments to give credibility to their don't give a s#it about anyone else mentality. It's as simple as that.

Does he do it on purpose? I wonder if he is just an idiot or his PR team need shooting.

We have just had a 'released early' terrorist go on a killing spree and most sane people will be asking why was he released when still a danger?

So Corbyn says 'Terrorists should ‘not necessarily’ serve full prison sentences'

https://home.bt.com/news/latest-news/jeremy-corbyn-terrorists-should-not-necessarily-serve-full-prison-sentences-11364414935356

Even if he makes some good points in his follow-up statement the headlines the day after the killings are going to do him no favours with a great majority of people who would quite happily see these people incarcerated and the key thrown away.

He would have been better just saying 'What happened is terrible, we need to see what went wrong' and then shutting up but hey, it's a good thing he presses the self destruct button pretty regularly because anyone of any competence would blow Boris out of the election race.

What a bunch of twats, the lot of them.

Indeed. What we really need on the voting slip is an option for 'none of the above' to kick the whole stinkin' lot of them out.

Except one party is led by a man who's been a very successful constituency MP for decades. That doesn't happen by accident or just through PR.
