I've got Draper torque wrenches one for low range and another for high range. They've been very reliable.

Does it have to start at 0? If so, why, for interest's sake?

If it's any use, I bought a 5-25nm one https://www.amazon.co.uk/Professional-Torque-Wrench-Metric-Ratchet/dp/B008O4YDAM/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8 some while ago, and it's pretty good, there are lots about like that all the same thing price varies up to about £40.

I've got a Sealey 2 to 24Nm wrench, seems well made.

Does it go click? I've been leant them in the past where I couldn't really tell that I've reached the required torque because there was just a slight deflection rather than an obvious click.

I have one like this, nice and cheap. I think I've only used it once or twice for ~16Nm, definitely clicks Thumbs Up

I bought a Teng Tools 1/4" drive wrench. It goes from 5 to 25Nm. It does click but not as loud as bigger wrenches do. Only used a few times (stator bolts) so can't say either way about long term use.

Halfrauds have a canny range of torque wrenches:

I purchased a torque meter from eBay.
Does the job of many torque wrenches and has some other functions. Memory and stuff. Came in a blown plastic box with a couple of reducer things.
Nice tool for under £50

The small Halfords Pro won loads of Ride mag tests for accuracy and value over the years.
