Bought a can for the work hack. Seller stated it would be sent by RM. They must have cheaped out, used Herpes. I've already filed a paypal claim after he gave me the tracking number and it was Herpes. Seller bleating they're out of pocket, tough, I paid more for RM because of the time of year. It's still sat in the depot 2 weeks after it arrived there.

Our local guy is great (rides an XJ1300), knows who and where to leave the parcels if we're not in, and when we're likely to be in. - Problem is the depot is still staffed by fuckwits. If they can't find it, he can't deliver it.

My work isn't the best for staff benefits, but they are quite happy for anyone to have parcels delivered, so I don't have to worry about things going missing.

My work does have a Royal Mail franking machine, but I don't trust them, I have had repeated parcels going missing, even when Recorded Delivery.

I now use Hermes, but pay for the insurance, well the buyer does.

In retrospect with Hermes the only real issues I've had is when they say a parcel is over weight, it wasn't (2 occasions) I just sucked it up and paid the difference rather than the parcel being delayed any longer. If you disagree they take ages to weigh the parcel again and it gets delayed by 3 to 4 days. Just easier to give in to the extorsion.
