What, you mean you're not actually Terry Thomas.
FFS, you've shattered all my illusions, I am very disappoint! Wink

Sadly, as you know, that comedy legend TT is treading the boards no more, at least his image lives on with every post..

WD got it, probably accidentally Wink 'twas a Belstaff with their signature concentric stitched shoulder pads.
It had no lining or pockets, but out of sight were several enamel badges of circuits I'd never been to and a Watneys red barrel key-ring on the zip-pull - still cost a tenner though.

Nice pic of a better era and an exciting time to be having a bike.

I bet the FS1E was closer to the Aprilia RS50 of its time back then and a pretty cool 50cc to ride, after all the mega expensive European unobtainium that is?

Were you trying to take a shit though the front grille of that Jag though for some reason?

Oh and I bet you don't try to think about what your old period modified Fizzy would be worth today if you had it in the garage?

Rivetts? Lewis Leathers?

As for blue three wheeler, the only names I can remember for those are cringingly non politically correct in today's world......

(and why is my 'quote' not working ffs?)

I believe they were formally called Invacar
and the nicknames probably were quite un PC too.

In those different times it was a worthy attempt give disabled people
a degree of mobility with current technology.
Trouble was they were slow and noisy but in those days you didn't even have seat belts in most cars let alone the facility to stow a wheel chair. many of which didn't fold.
