What's the betting that mdp has already put 50 quid down?

Odds on, I'd guess.
More fun to be had betting on when we'll get the usual karma down rating.

So now we're creating threads to carry on abusing people that have been "deplatformed" ? Seems a bit childish Thinking

Since when has being childish become a problem other than for Prince Andrew?

It's not abuse per say, more like a wintertime distraction at the expense of someone who is a racist.

By the way they administer ratings I'd say they're rather enjoying themselves too.

Abusing? This is a scientific experiment to measure his rage and the initial results show that his fingers still smell of racism.

Five hundred thousand quid for the bell to ring on January 31st that can be heard in a 5 mile radius.

A fantastic idea.

Cannot see any issue with it. Let those who have the spare money donate it where they wish.

My spare money goes on musical instrument too but for 500k I'd be wanting something to cherish, to remember. Something bloody well useful.

[edit] It is a wasteful idea of time, effort and money, just in case I was been to subtle.

The reason it would cost so much is they are in the middle of a total overhaul of the clock and tower and the hammers for the bells are out in a workshop being refurbished. To put them back, bong, take them out again plus the holding up the project is why it costs so much.

I have a friend who is one of the horologists in the Palace of Westminster who is working on the clock at the moment.

This is him getting some bint to wind up BigBen for him (lazy sod) before it was all stripped down.

Thanks for that Polarbear, I did wonder.

So then. Why not just rig a big fvcking Sound system to emulate the sound and play it through a big fvcking speaker. I bet no one could tell the difference.

We could just give donk a big hammer and a ladder.

He doesn't seem to listen to anything anyway so it won't affect him the same as normal mortals.
