You do know that vaccinated tend to be showing a bit more social responsibility than those unvaccinated and in addition thats positives, not infected.

You fail to realise there is a difference.

It stands to reason a vaccinated person is more likely to have an immune response if infected. Most of the mild symptoms of disease are actually immune responses.

The same as adverse reactions, it's the immune system reacting to the vaccine as it's supposed to.

The point is, in general, un-vaccinated people are the sort who think it's just flu and, meh, just get on with life rather than self-isolating.

Obviously there are people with legitimate and actual medically justifiable reason for not taking the vaccine. Most of these people have spent the last year and a half shielding.

I refer you back to the point that people are infected, are asymptomatic and have are spreading it wildly.

Science says that vaccination would result in a higher odds that vaccinated people would get mild symtoms. Un-vaccinated probably not so much.

I'm not a scientist but it follows that an immune system that is primed by a vaccine will either not get infected or will have an an immune system that will react quicker.

You do know that a fever is an immune response?
