the seat does look a bit jacked up doesn't it?
if you see a standard one, the seat does take a high line but
the skirt is lower so there's no gap to make it look so odd

Standard:

I've seen worse.

The reason it isn't selling is that he's been too lazy to stick a centre-mounted unhomologated mini 4-inch yellow headlight on it, and it's the wrong time of the year.

I've got to admit, I've toyed with the idea of meddling with a tail hoop, a funny seat and a new tank for my project bike...

OK guys and gals, Pop quiz time

What's the bike in the background of this pic?
I thought "Hmm that looks like a xxxxxxxxx"
and after checking, pretty sure I know what it is.

talking of bricks
this K100RS cafe project looks in a sorry state
Drill big feckin holes in mudguards to make it go faster sexy style
BRILLIANT!
currently a non runner
due to injector and fuel rail leaks
The bill says he paid a garage 165 quid to 'wire in lights and instruments'
wtf!?

Quite, you'd be prety pissed off to pay 700 quid for a 'service' and still end up with a non-runner Neutral

It looks like an attempt was made to wire up a cheap tachometer/speedo unit from Ebay. The attempt failed and the guy gave up, and now wants to palm the wreck off to someone else. There are Youtube accounts that encourage this wanton vandalism on flying bricks.

I recognise that shite: eBay's most miserable products Sad Those bar-end mirrors are utterly useless as they're flat rather than the usual convex.

I'm actually a fan of the cafe racer look, but I never understood why people did it to BMW K series... I'm sure they are great bikes to ride but the frame is ugly as hell. Some bikes just look better with the plastics on...

It's like body shape underwear. It serves a purpous. And before you go ripping it off, better be damn sure you actually want to see what is underneath. A naked K100? No thank you.
