Howdy,

I'm looking to have a bike transported from the Los Angles area to the Portland area & am wondering if anyone has any experience with companies who do this or tips.

Good or Bad about any company will help.

Currently I am simply looking to put it out for a quote on a site who sources shipping, but would prefer to have some insight.

Thank you!

This site is mainly UK (Europe) based. We have a couple of folk across the pond who may be able to advise.

I don't use shippers for my shit. I hire a van or use my trailer or borrow.

Good luck.

Edit.
I would guess US will do much the same as others elsewhere.
You can either pay for an exclusive shipping where it's only your stuff.
Or by consolidating with other people.
One Sea Container/truck with lots of people's shit.

Consolidating is far far cheaper but can take longer due to the time to collect, load and unload. Etc.
