Hi all,
Looking to get rid of my trusty Deauville, it's lived outside the last 2 years under a cover so it is not the prettiest bike in the world. I also have a low speed off on it which damaged the right side fairings and nose fairing. I repaired the nose fairing and repainted with rattle cans so it looks presentable.
The registration for MOT history is WR03WWm. Last tested in December 19 and has a few advisories.
Most notably, it will need a pair of tyres and rear brake pads.
I will try and hunt down the coolant leak they refer too.
First MOT I have noticed that a front disc is fitted in reverse, I've had the bike 2 and a half years and I've never removed a disc, was not on any previous MOT's either.
I started it and rode it yesterday and it runs as it should.
It comes with:
* top box
* oxford heated grips (advanced model i believe and used for about 1000 miles) which have been wired to a relay powered by the ignition. * I replaced the dash cluster bulbs with LED units so they all work brilliantly compared to the old bulbs, of which, half were blown.
* It also has the foot deflectors fitted.
* I will include the correct oil for the shaft drive servicing, I did it once when I bought it around 5k miles ago, there is enough oil for several more oil changes, many years worth.
It is scruffy, but it has an MOT, returns 55mpg consistently, is incredibly comfortable and it starts and runs.
photos to come
i am unsure of a reasonable asking price, given the few bits and bobs it needs etc I think £650 is reasonable?
Feel free to message me if you fancy a look, I am near Bristol.
