Hi All and thanks for the add,

I'm finally getting back to biking following a break of about 10 years. I turned a little older and decided it's now or never. I'm in Northern Ireland and going over to collect a Honda CB500F in Blackpool this week.

My plan - covid 19 permitting - is to do some refresher training prior to riding my new pride and joy so as not to destroy it within a week.

I'll have some photos up of it when I get her.

On the plus side most of the people on here have been [socially] self-isolating for years Wink

I have the similarly engined CMX500 - you should be fine, it's not particularly dramatic.

A couple of hours with a local bike school and I'm sure you'll be fine Thumbs Up Looking forward to some photos Smile

Had a cbr500r for a bit, the cb500f is a nicer bike to ride than the r or x, it's more suited to it's engine. Naked bike with no frills and handles well. The rebel is for posers who don't like chrome, handling or fun. Very Happy
