That sounds like a mis-fire causing the clutch to rattle on the backplate every once in a while.

Someone told me it sounded like a bad cam chain moving about and where would I even begin with diagnosing a misfire plugs wires?

I'd start with checking the spark plugs.

Put all new plugs in ngk brand even checked all the wires and seemed fine sound is really audible at the back right of the bike like maybe its come from the clutch case I'm not sure

It is coming from the clutch cover. It's probably idling a bit lean and causing a mis-fire. The clutch sits on a back-plate with shock absorbing springs and they are prone to getting loose and rattling when not under load so the misfire is causing that periodic 'knock'. It causes no harm apart from being a bit noisy.

To sort it out you could probably service the carbs and richen up the is mixture but especially given your novice status I would say don't touch the damn thing, it starts and runs and that issue will not cause you any problems when riding.

Touching the carbs might (probably will) open up a bigger can of worms. It's an old bike that was a bit agricultural when it was new. It's going to be a bit noisy now.
